I proudly identify as Palestinian/Jordanian, having spent my formative years in Qatar. Being a Cultural Ambassador for the City of Canning is a profound honour, as it grants me the privilege of being the voice of my cultural community within the City. I recognise the significance of bridging the gap between my community and the various services offered. There exists a lack of knowledge about the extensive offerings that could greatly benefit our community. I aspire to give back to society and work towards the collective goal of making our community an even better place for both current residents and future generations. I am excited about positively influencing the community and fostering stronger connections between its members and the City of Canning.
