Wanju Welcome Food Drive

In partnership with People Helping People, Bentley Salvation Army and Muslim Women’s Support Centre, we will be hosting a food drive to help families and community members in need.

Join our food drive by donating non-perishable items at one of five drop-off locations across Canning from Monday February 10 to Monday February 24, 2025.

Donations points are available at 5 locations across Canning:

- City of Canning Administration Centre

- Canning Library

- Riverton Library

- Willeton Library

- Hillview Intercultural Community Centre

What can I donate?

All non-perishable items that are not past their expiry date are accepted.

Items in high demand are:

- Canned goods

- Rice, pasta and noodles

- Cereals and long-life milk

- Nappies, baby food,formula

- Canned fruit

- Canned fish

- Pasta sauce, spreads, jams

- Meal bases

- Toilet paper, deodorant, soap
