Consultation has concluded
Council has recently initiated the above amendment to Local Planning Scheme No 42, which is being advertised for public comment in accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 (PD Regulations). The City of Canning is seeking public comment in relation to Scheme Amendment 4 to Local Planning Scheme 42.
Scheme Amendment 4 proposes to include an Additional Use 30 to “Schedule B – Additional Uses” for ‘Shop’ and ‘Medical Centre’ to Lot 579 (No. 1096) Albany Highway, St James.
The Amendment and Applicant Reports are available in the Document Library on the right and at the City’s Administration Building, 1317 Albany Highway, Cannington, between the hours of 8.15am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Should you wish to make comment on the proposal, submissions must be completed on Submission Form 3A and forwarded in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, Locked Bag 80, Welshpool 6986 or via e-mail to strategic.planning@canning.wa.gov.au prior to 3 November 2021. Submissions on the Amendment should include the reference number 20/4.1.
