Help to shape the future of the City of Canning
Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Canning is advertising the draft Right of Way (ROW) Strategy for public comment.
The draft ROW Strategy provides the City with a detailed overview of its ROWs, and provides a recommendation on the ongoing use and management of each ROW (i.e. in support of retaining or closing them).
The improvement of ROWs will enhance the pedestrian and vehicle network within the City, which will support a variety of residential and commercial development. The ROWs that are proposed to be closed in the draft ROW Strategy are those which have limited opportunities to support development or create viable connections in the community.
