The City has received a development application for the construction of ‘Seven (7) Multiple Dwelling’ at Lot 23 (No. 158), Manning Road, WILSON 6107. The details of the proposal are as follows:

  • Development proposes approx. 587m2 plot ratio area with allowable 1:1 plot ratio area at R80 density code.
  • Two storey building design with wall height of ~ 5.7m and pitched roof up to 8.1m above the FFLs.
  • Seven (7) resident car bays and Two (2) visitor bays.

The proposed development is located within the State Planning Policy 5.4 Buffer area and has direct access to Other Regional Road (Manning Road).

Following closure of this consultation period, a delegated (authorised) officer of the City will consider the application with regard to the relevant matters for consideration. This includes consideration of any comments from adjoining affected landowner(s) and occupiers and the relevant planning considerations applicable. Following the determination of this proposal, the City will notify all submitters of a decision being made or should the final decision be made at an Ordinary Council Meeting.
