We are thrilled to announce the chosen designs for the parks!
Cygnet Park
Option 2
Features

Additional Information

Prendwick Park
Option 2
Features
- Rubber soft fall installed under existing basket swing, connecting to existing footpath, allowing for greater accessibility.
- Sensory play area, including maracas, musical pipes and a 'Sway N Stay' swing.
- Replacement of existing combination unit.
Additional Information
All other existing equipment, not depicted in the above drawings, will remain.
Hossack Park
Option 2 (revised)
Features
- Basket swing
- Toddler and slat swing
- Water play and sand pit
- Ship stern cubby with sand play.
- Accessible ramp tower with chimes, junior slide, tall tube slide, climbing tower, cargo net.
- Balance trail
- Shelter with accessible seat

- Shade sails overhead
- Planting of 10 new trees to provide natural shade in years to come.
- Accessible pathway joining the cycle skills track and playground to the carpark. ACROD parking bays will be assigned in the future.
Additional Information
- The existing drink fountain will be relocated but will remain within the playspace.
- The existing gazebo will be removed and a new one installed adjacent to the new footpath and playground.
- The Cycle Skills Track will be receiving an upgrade in the near future.
Saurel Park

Additional Information
- This playground option includes a dog barrier fence to the perimeter of the playground.
- Shade sails over the playground are included as part of this playground's renewal. Additional future shade through the planting of trees will be carried out in the near future.
Crofton Park

Cardoc Park

Additional Information
New playground will be relocated to the North West corner of the park, utilising existing natural shade. This will also create a larger area of turfed space where the current playground sits, which can be utilised for ball sports and other activities. Please see the relocation map in the Documents Library tab.
Barracuda Park
Option 1 - With dog barrier

Additional Information
- The new playground will be located further under the shade of the existing trees nearby. Please see the relocation map in the Documents Library tab.
- The existing seat and concrete pad near the existing playground will be removed, and a new seat and concrete pad installed near to the new playground.
- This playground option includes a dog barrier fence to the perimeter of the playground.
The existing water fountain will be relocated to be closer to the new playground.
Godfrey Park
