Why?
The City of Canning Marketing and Communications team are passionate about what we do and we are committed to constantly improving the way we work.
To gain a comprehensive view of our internal relationships, we conduct two surveys every six months aligned to our Professional Development Plans, timed just prior to our mid-year and end-of-year reviews:
- We survey our internal stakeholders to gather insights into their experiences with the Marketing and Communications team.
- We survey our own team members to understand their experiences with our internal stakeholders.
