What happened? 📃
The Library of Things collection was launched in 2021 and initially focused on board games and STEM games. It has since grown to include sporting equipment, musical instruments, and much more! By offering these items for borrowing, the city aims to foster a culture of inclusion and encourage a sense of community among residents. Earlier this year we added a new category: Book Packs. Designed for children aged 1-5, these packs are designed to support children as they transition into new experiences and explore the world around them.

If you have borrowed either Book Packs or Library of Things items, the libraries would love your feedback. We have designed two short 3-minute surveys which can be found below:
