Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Canning is proposing to increase the density of the Residential-zoned lots bounded by Lacey Street, Campbell Street, Crawford Street and Redcliffe Street in East Cannington from R20 to R30 – this is known as Scheme Amendment No. 12.
On 16 May 2023, Council considered a report on the Scheme Amendment, and resolved to endorse the proposal for public consultation (Council Decision CD-007-23).
This proposal is being advertised for public comment in accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.
