Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Canning is proposing to amend the additional use provisions relating to Lot 102 (HN 280) Bannister Road, Canning Vale in ‘Schedule B – Additional Uses’ of Local Planning Scheme No. 42 – this is known as Scheme Amendment No. 10.
On 19 July 2022, Council considered a report on the Scheme Amendment, and resolved to endorse the proposal for public consultation (Council Decision CD-014-22).
This proposal is being advertised for public comment in accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.
You are invited to share your thoughts on this proposal.
