Your guide for how to run engagement at Canning

  • Using our newly developed Community Engagement Framework will provide you with a clear process and tool to guide the who, why, when and how we engage. We all have different roles, but this framework gives us a consistent approach to engagement across the City and ensures it reflects the needs of our community. Their feedback will help inform our strategies, services, operations and policies, whilst meeting legal requirements.

Community Engagement Planner Template ๐Ÿงพ

Stakeholder Engagement and How to Engage With Different Groups in our Community. ๐Ÿ‘จ‍๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿ‘ง‍๐Ÿ‘ฆ

  • To ensure that we capture the needs and views of our diverse community, a one size fits all approach to engagement won’t work. We need to consider who and how we are trying to engage and adapt our engagement approaches to suit the needs of the groups we are wanting to reach. This will help us to select the best methods for providing a great engagement experience and delivering our outcomes.
