The City has received the above mentioned development application, which is briefly outlined below:
Demolition of two Single Houses and construction of Child Care Premises.
Proposed hours of operation are 6:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday.
Proposed to operate with 14 employees.
Proposed to accommodate 92 children.
Prior to making a decision on the application, adjoining affected owners and occupiers are invited to view the development plans and supporting reports (as applicable), and make comment on the planning matters that affect their property.

Please submit your comments (in writing) to the City by 5pm on 24 September 2020. Where possible we ask that you submit your comments via email however your written comments may be submitted via one of the following contact methods:
