City of Canning - Access & Inclusion Staff Survey 2022

The City of Canning is currently reviewing its ‘Disability Access and Inclusion Plan' (DAIP) to assess what needs to be included in the updated version to guide the City for the next five years (2022-2027).

The strategies within the DAIP are put in place to improve the City’s facilities, services, culture and operations for access and inclusion and have universal benefits for us all.

In order to assist the City improve workplace practices and promote social inclusion for both staff and community, we invite you to complete this two part survey.

The survey is presented as follows:

• Part 1 - Disability Access and Inclusion Planning (DAIP)
• Part 2 - Access & Inclusion Policy (AD.08) implementation
