What is group fitness?
This means any sort of exercise done in a group setting, led by an instructor. There is a huge range of different types of classes offered including:
- Stretching - concentrating on all muscle groups
- Dance - choreographed moves to music
- Wellness - Pilates and yoga based movements
- Aerobic - Huff and puff - getting the heart rate up!
- Strength - Resistance based, using weights and other equipment
How much does group fitness cost?
A once off class is $16.50. The most cost effective way to participate is a direct debit membership providing access to all classes as well as the gym, at a cost of $15 per week.

Do you have child care while classes are on?
