Post Survey

This survey will take you around 15 minutes to complete and you may remain anonymous, should you wish. Data collected will be kept confidential. Please complete one survey per household.

Data collected in the survey will de-identified and used as follows:

1. to enable the project team and Lotterywest to compile reports and evaluate the outcomes of the Project;
2. to enable analysis of the de-identified data collected now or in the future; and
3. for reporting publicly on the de-identified aggregated findings and performance of the Project.

The survey will cover topics including: utility consumption and behaviours, water sensitivity and biodiversity, growing food, waste, sustainable transport, community cohesion and connectedness.
