Baseline Survey
This survey will take you around 10 minutes to complete and you may remain anonymous, should you wish. Data collected will be kept confidential. Please complete one survey per household. We will send you a post-survey at the end of the pilot project period (in September 2021).
Data collected in the survey will de-identified and used as follows:
a) to tailor activities during the program and create a baseline of current behaviours;
b) to enable the project team and Lotterywest to compile reports and evaluate the outcomes of the Project;
c) to enable analysis of the de-identified data collected now or in the future; and
d) for reporting publicly on the de-identified aggregated findings and performance of the Project.
Participation in the survey will put you in the draw to win a Carbon Positive Australia voucher for offsetting your carbon emissions to the value of $145 (the equivalent of offsetting a single person’s household carbon emissions for a year!).
The survey will cover topics including: utility consumption and behaviours, water sensitivity and biodiversity, growing food, waste, sustainable transport, community cohesion and connectedness.
For more information about the survey, please email Gemma Cook, Project Officer-Behaviour Change on sustainability@canning.wa.gov.au or call on 1300 422 664.
