Successful Small Community Grants
Small Community Grants are up to $500. They are available for initiatives which meet the objectives of the Arts and Culture Grant, Community Initiatives Grant, Sustainability and Environment Grant or Sport and Recreation Equipment Grant.
This is to support low cost and quick turnaround initiatives through out of round funding offered throughout the year.
Parkerville Children and Youth Care - Support towards running baby massage classes (see picture below)
Queens Park Lions Club - Support towards a "Mental Health Fun Day" which was held on the 13th of November 2016.
Riverton Table Tennis Club - Support towards purchasing a new table tennis table.
Communicare - Support towards purchasing trophies and refreshments for a Multicultural Schools Cup on the 24th of November 2016.
Shelley Playgroup - Support towards purchasing some playgroup items.
Willetton Primary School P&C Association - Promotion of Walk and Ride to School day initiative as a sustainable alternative to car drop offs.
